Proxy Preview Service

The “Proxy Preview Hotline” is a free service that enables you to contact the inspector directly via their cell phone.

Inform the inspector of what you want to check on the vehicle you wish to preview, and they will address your questions while examining the vehicle’s condition.

Proxy Preview Hotline Plus

This service sends images via messaging app on your smartphone or tablet when the content is difficult to see on the web preview and is more effectively conveyed through images than verbal explanations during the “Free Proxy Preview Service Hotline.”

Please download the following app to use this service.

iPhone → “Message” app * Standard iMessage function
Android → “+Message” app

* This service is available only on the day before and the day of the auction.
* Our company uses iPhone devices.
* We will not send thru any other applications than those listed above.
* This service uses a telephone line to send SMS.
* Responses will only be provided to inquiries where the membership number, member name, and contact person's name can be confirmed.
